Our Training Methodology

Our training program in future skills such as higher cognitive, social and emotional skills will help women build greater confidence, self- esteem and a positive mindset. It will make them more productive and impactful at home and at the workplace.
We have the right 'Toolset' needed to build the 'Skillset' and change the 'Mindset' of our target market.
The training program will be for a period of 45 days spread over 2.5 months where students will be encouraged to interact with each other and with the trainers actively. Sessions will be held on three days a week where each session will be for three hours per day.
Several innovative techniques will be used to deliver the program so that skills will be imparted easily, understood well and retained longer. Techniques used will also teach students to apply them in practical situations.
